| 2 tbsp | Powdered sugar |
| 250 grams | Mascarpone |
| 1 tbsp | Honey |
| 1 tbsp | Lemon juice |
| 1 tbsp | Sugar |
Berry mascarpone cream Recipe Directions
Thaw the berries and let the juice there. Then the berries with the icing sugar and mix gently, add 2 tablespoons of the juice.
The mascarpone in a bowl with the honey, lemon juice, cream and sugar until smooth.
Place alternate layers of berries and mascarpone cream into small glasses.
Approx. 1 hours to cool.
