2 pcs Onions
2 pcs red peppers
1 pc small zucchini
4 pcs Carrots
1 cup Pineapple chunks
400 grams Turkey meat
some Spice Mix for Nasi Goreng
2 tbsp Vegetable oil
2 tbsp Soy sauce
some Sambal oelek (very sharp spice paste)
1 / 2 tsp Salt

Cook rice according to package directions. Peel and dice onions. Peel the carrots, peppers and zucchini washed and cut everything into small cubes. Wash and cut the flesh into small dice. In a pan heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the onions and meat until it is lightly browned.

The vegetables and briefly fry with. Add the spice mixture and pineapple. Over low heat about 10 minutes to cook (vegetables should still be al dente). Fold in the finished rice and season with soy sauce and sambal everything oelek.
