Vegetarian Chilli fried rice Recipe Directions
Cut peppers into strips, chop onion.
Rice with some salt, cook according to package directions.
Meanwhile, the peppers in the oil fry for 2-3 minutes, add onion and cook for about 5-10 minutes, until the peppers are soft but still al dente. Add sliced and fry briefly. Stir in sauce and rice and season with salt and pepper.
