Ingredients for Trio of Dips

1 box Tuna in oil (drained weight 80 g)
100 grams Quark (20%)
100 grams Cream cheese
2 tbsp Tomato paste
1 / 2 bunch Parsley
some Lemon juice
some Salt and pepper
1 pc ripe avocado
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 1 / 2 Z Garlic
125 grams Yogurt
125 grams Sour cream
some Salt, white pepper, cayenne pepper
200 grams Double cream
100 grams Blue cheese
4 tbsp Milk
1 pc Pear
50 g chopped walnuts
some Salt and pepper

Trio of Dips Directions

Tuna Dip: Drain and flake tuna can with a fork. Stir in cheese and cream cheese. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and chop finely and fold. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate.
