Trio of Dips preparation:
For the tuna dip: Drain and flake tuna can with a fork. Stir in cheese and cream cheese. Rinse the parsley, shake dry and chop finely and fold. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate.
For the avocado dip: Cut open the avocado in the middle, out to solve the core and remove the peel from the flesh. The latter immediately sprinkle with the lemon juice.
