Ingredients for Tomato rice with squid rings

500 grams Fried calamari rings (TK)
500 ml Tomato puree (carton)
500 ml Pizza tomato pieces (Tetra)
1 pc Onion
1 pc Garlic
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 pinch Oregano
Salt, freshly ground pepper
5 tbsp Natural yoghurt
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 / 2 bunch Parsley
1 pc Cooking bag long grain rice
1 pc Bay leaf
1 pc Clove
Salt

Tomato rice with squid rings Directions

Rice with salt, bay leaf and clove, cook according to instructions.

Squid rings on baking sheet at 200 degrees in the oven until golden brown.

Onion and cut Knobiwürfel, sauté in a little golden Olvenöl. Pour tomatoes and season packages. Simmer for five minutes, season to taste.

Preheated to distribute some rice pasta dish and top with tomato sauce quite thick. Squid rings give it and garnish with parsley.
