1 kg Beef ad leg without fat
1st Onion 1st Green pepper
3rd Garlic cloves 3 tbsp
Olive oil 800 grams
Tomatoes (canned) 100 grams
Tomato paste 50 g
Chili peppers 2 tbsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Ground cumin 1 Pk
Kidney beans (drained weight 500 g)

Texas Chili Con Carne Recipe Directions

Cut the meat into approximately 1 cm cubes. Meat, onion, paprika, garlic (pressed through) and oil mix in a bowl.

Stir in all remaining ingredients except the beans. Cover. Parboil for 15-20 minutes over high heat and then covered 30-35 minutes and continue cooking over moderate heat. Stir now and then. Then add the beans. Cover and a further 15-20 minutes on the hot plate can cook. Finally, let stand 5 minutes.
