Ingredients for Sweet and sour vegetables with tofu and fish balls

1 small Egg
2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
1 tbsp chopped parsley
some Salt & pepper
1 pc Tofu
50 ml Soy sauce
2 tbsp Tomato paste
3 tbsp Sugar
3 tbsp Vinegar
some Tabasco
150 grams Cauliflower
1 pc Peppers
L 1 Vegetable broth
1 pc Onion
1 no Garlic
1 pc Carrot
2 tbsp Cornstarch
some Oil
3 tbsp Frozen peas

Sweet and sour vegetables with tofu and fish balls Directions

Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate in soy sauce into the lodge for about 15 minutes to leave.

Then fry the fish and pluck the fillet into very small pieces. This salt and pepper and mix with the egg and the parsley. Then so many bread crumbs, mix existeth to a moldable, but not too solid. Heat a little oil in the wok get hot, the balls around until golden brown and remove from the wok.

Then the tofu out of the marinade, in a wok and fry again also remove and keep warm with the fish balls.

The sauce then season to taste with so much sugar and vinegar (in about equal proportions) to a balanced sweet-sour taste unfolds. Stir in the cornstarch, add peas and simmer the vegetables for about 3 minutes. At the very end, the fish balls and tofu cubes add them again.
