1 bunch Parsley
60 g Pine nuts
3 tbsp Oil
Salt and pepper
grated nutmeg
1 kg Roast turkey for stuffing (maybe pre-order at the butcher)
Paprika
200 ml Chicken stock (instant)
500 grams Apricots
Juice of 1 lime
50 ml Apple juice
1 bunch Green onions
1 tbsp Vinegar
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Curry powder

Stuffed roast turkey with apricot curry dip Recipe Directions

1st Preheat oven to 180 degrees (convection 160 degrees) Preheat. Parsley leaves and pine nuts, chop, mix with 1 tablespoon oil, salt, pepper, nutmeg. Rinse meat, pat dry, cut surface and season with salt, pepper, paprika. Parsley and mix to emphasize. Roast roll, tie with kitchen string.

2nd Meat in a roasting pan fry in 2 tablespoons of oil around. Pour in broth and cook in oven for about 50 minutes (see table at right). Baste occasionally with juices.

3rd Meanwhile, apricots 30 seconds scare put into boiling water and remove skin. Apricots in half, remove stones and chop half of the fruit flesh. Remaining apricots with lemon juice and puree. Rinse the scallions, shake dry and chop. Stir in the diced apricots with apricot puree. Season with vinegar, honey, curry powder, salt and pepper. Cover and let them go.

4th Meat into slices and serve with the dip. Serve with: rice.
