Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed baked pears

4th Williams pears as a Christian 250 grams
Blue cheese 4 Schb
Parma ham 100 grams
Mixed salad, autumnal, eg lettuce, young chard, radicchio 40 g
Walnuts 3 tbsp
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Walnut oil 1 tbsp
Freshly ground pepper 3 tbsp
Balsamic vinegar

Stuffed baked pears Recipe Directions

1st Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Wash pears and detach from the bottom with a melon baller, the core housing. About a third of the cheese into the bottom opening of the cored pears press.
