Stew with rice Recipe Directions
Rice in salted water for about 20 minutes. Meat, carrots and leeks into strips, slice the mushrooms. Meat in hot oil and fry about 3 minutes. Season. Add the vegetables, saute briefly. Stir until smooth cornstarch with some water. Stir in broth, soy sauce and curry, bring to a boil.
