Spaghetti dish with chanterelles Recipe Directions
Clean mushrooms and let drain.
Whisk eggs with the cream, salt and pepper vigorously. Chop parsley and add to the egg-cream mix.
Heat oil in a pan, add mushrooms and spaghetti with cream poured over the egg and stir fry about 5 minutes until the egg is hammered. Season to taste.
A great use of leftovers from leftover spaghetti.
