Sour cream on berries Recipe Directions
Egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar in a large bowl until fluffy. Stir in sour cream and the grated lemon peel. Add yogurt so much that the ground gets a slightly creamy consistency. Season with lemon juice and set covered approximately 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Wash and clean berries, and drain. Lemon balm, wash leaves detach from the stems and pull to pieces, depending on size, mingle with the berries.
To serve, spread sour cream on top the slightly cooled cream into bowls or soup plates, each bit of the berry mixture over it and sprinkle with a wafer-type sugar.
