Sorbet au Champagne Recipe Directions
For the syrup: In a saucepan, mix sugar and water and let them simmer over a low flame until the sugar has completely dissolved in the water. Boil for 1 minute, until the syrup is clear / transparent. Mix champagne, lemon juice and syrup: for the sorbet. The egg until stiff and fold gently to mix the champagne.
