800 grams Veal shoulder or neck
400 ml Water
3 pc Bay leaves
4 pcs Cloves
800 grams Shallots
4 pcs Garlic cloves
300 grams Beefsteak tomatoes
6 tbsp Olive oil
1 / 2 tsp Sugar
1 pinch Salt
1 / 2 tsp Black pepper

Simple quotstifadoquot Stew Recipe Directions

Peel the shallots and garlic. Peel tomatoes and remove the stems and chop the flesh.

Heat the olive oil and brown the meat over high heat in portions, then remove. In shortening the shallots and garlic, sauté until translucent. Stir in tomatoes and simmer for 2-3 minutes everything.
