Roasted vegetables with glass noodles and egg Recipe Directions

Beat the eggs with some salt in a wok to cook scrambled eggs with chopsticks tear apart into small pieces. Set aside. The spinach in 8 cm long strips and fry it with some water while stirring.

Soak the glass noodles in a little water and about 6 cm long segments cut. The peanut oil in a wok, heat the flower pepper in it until it smells strongly.
