Recipe Ingredients for Roasted sea bass fillet

3 pc Fully ripe figs
4 pcs Sea bass fillets, g 150th something
Salt & pepper 2 tbsp
Olive oil 125 grams
Fresh goat cheese something
Coarse black pepper 4 tbsp
Aged balsamic vinegar 4 tbsp
Best fruity olive oil

Roasted sea bass fillet Recipe Directions

Figs, rinse briefly with cold water and cut into 4 slices. Sea bass fillets with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the fish fillets over high heat on each side just under a minute. Remove from pan and place on a baking sheet.

The figs lay on the filets and crumble the cheese on it. Au gratin under a preheated grill in the middle of the oven for 4 minutes. Sprinkle with coarsely crushed pepper and drizzle with some olive oil. Spread on four plates and serve drizzled with the old balsamic vinegar and remaining olive oil.
