Recipe Ingredients for Roast duck with noodles beans and peppers

4 pcs Peppers (red and yellow)
450g Green beans
6 tbsp Olive oil
4 pcs Skinless duck breast fillets into thin strips
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
12 St Anchovies, drained and chopped
2 tbsp White wine vinegar
4 tsp Sugar
2 tsp Lemon juice
4 tbsp Sunflower oil
8 St Chopped shallots
4 pcs Garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp Chili powder
2 tsp Chopped ginger root
6 Schb Bacon, chopped
8 tbsp Chopped parsley
2 tbsp Light soy sauce
3 pc Ripe tomatoes, skinned and chopped
350 grams Rice noodles (wide noodles) pre-cooked (maybe more)

Roast duck with noodles beans and peppers Recipe Directions

Prepare the vegetables for the salad. Fry the peppers for 30-35 minutes. Let cool, then peel and cut into strips. Remove the juice, remove the seeds. The beans for 4 minutes in lightly salted water, blanch, drain and rinse with cold water. Drain and pat dry.
