Recipe Ingredients for Red Cabbage with Blueberries

1 pc Head cabbage, medium size
2 pcs Shallots
400 grams Blueberries
100 ml Blueberry wine
400 ml Vegetable stock (or even cooked in the glass), no powder
3 pc Carnations
3 pc Cinnamontree
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Apple vinegar
1 tbsp Goose fat
1 tbsp Whole cane sugar

Red Cabbage with Blueberries Recipe Directions

Halve the cabbage, then quarter the halves. The stalk and then cut out a wedge-shaped slice into thin strips.

The herb in a large bowl and along with the blueberry wine, the vinegar, salt and sugar to the dough. 15 minutes can be drawn.
