Ingredients for Potato gratin with spinach

1 g Potatoes
400 grams Spinach leaves
2 pcs Onion
1 no Garlic
200 ml Cream
270 ml Milk
1 pc Yolk
something Salt, pepper, nutmeg
200 grams grated cheese

Potato gratin with spinach Directions

Peel potatoes, wash and cut into thin slices. Peel onions and cut into cubes. Fry together with the crushed garlic in a pan. Add the spinach and cook for few minutes.

The layers of potato slices in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper. Distribute the spinach to the potatoes and season well.
