Potato and Cauliflower Casserole Directions
Peel potatoes and boil in salted water until al dente. Let cool and cut into slices. Cauliflower clean, cook in salted water until al dente. Mix the cream with the eggs and season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
A layer of potatoes in a buttered baking dish, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg. The cauliflower distribute it. The remaining potatoes over it again with salt, pepper, nutmeg.
The cream-egg mixture over sauce. All at about 220 degrees bake for half an hour, even at the end with cheese.
