Recipe Ingredients for Patties made from cereals Amaranth

150 grams Amaranth
300 ml Corn broth extract
1 pc Egg
2 tbsp Whole grain bread crumbs
2 tbsp Grated cheese
2 tbsp Coarsely chopped hazelnuts
some Sea salt
some White pepper
5 St Coriander seeds crushed
some Coconut oil for frying
