Amaranth enter into boiling vegetable stock, bring to a boil and cook at low energy intake 45 minutes (30 minutes after the Tofpdeckel decrease). Add remaining ingredients except the coconut oil and mix everything together. Approx. 10 min to swell and form soft dough out of the eight flat patties.
Coconut in hot fat until golden brown on both sides. As required, the patties are also turned into bread crumbs before frying or sesame. This then, various vegetables and potatoes are served.
