Onion, bouquet garni and garlic. This vegetable oil in a pot roast - just before it begins to fry, add the tomatoes. 10 min. by boiling vigorously.
Chop and add to fry remnants. If a rest is gravy there, add this also. If a few herbs (parsley, chervil or basil) are available, they would of course not bad! Then add the sliced celery.
Pasta in salted boiling water and toss with the sauce.
Sprinkle with freshly grated Emmentaler Allgäuer serve.
