500 grams Potatoes
200 grams ready cooked chestnuts
200 ml Milk
50 ml Cream
1 tsp Thyme
some Pepper
some Nutmeg

Parsnip puree with chestnuts Recipe Directions

Parsnips, peeled, washed and cut into pieces. Pour into a saucepan and cover with water. A little of salt. Bring to a boil and cook about 20 minutes soft.
