Recipe Ingredients for Panfried vegetables with rice

350 grams Rice
1 pc large onion
1 no Garlic
2 pcs large zucchini
3 pc Peppers
2 pcs large tomatoes
3 tbsp Olive oil
100 grams Sour cream
some Salt, pepper, paprika
some Basil (fresh or dried)

Panfried vegetables with rice Recipe Directions

Cook the rice in plenty of salted water for about 15 minutes to cook at all.

Add the onion and the garlic, peel and chop finely.

Zucchini, peppers and tomatoes wash. Remove the peppers at the stem, the seeds and the white vagina walls and cut the rest into pieces. Cut the zucchini at the beginning and the end, the share zucchini lengthwise into 2 halves and cut into pieces. Remove the tomatoes at the stems and chop the tomatoes into pieces.
