Ingredients for Onion and Bacon

500 grams Flour
1 Pck Dry yeast
250 ml Milk
1 tbsp Sugar
7 St Eggs
1 kg Onions
200 grams Bacon, streaky smoked
2 tbsp Oil
500 ml Curds
300 grams Emmentaler cheese, grated
Cayenne pepper
1 tsp Caraway, acc
1 tbsp
Marjoram, sep
1 tbsp Thyme, sep

Onion and Bacon Directions

1.Mehl with dry yeast into a bowl and stir. Mix warm milk with sugar, salt lightly, to the flour. Knead smooth, working two eggs into the batter. Covered in a warm place to rise double volume.

2.The remove onions, cut into thin strips. Bacon into cubes share, omit the oil in a pan. Add onions, saute briefly, everything in a bowl. Curdled milk, remaining eggs, cheese, stir in the onion mixture, season with salt, pepper, cumin, thyme and marjoram.
