2 tbsp Olive oil

450g White flour
1 Pk Dry yeast
some Butter
1 Kn Garlic (optional)

NAAN Indian flatbread Directions

Yogurt should have stood out over the day, or otherwise heated. Mix flour with baking powder and mix the olive oil sowei RĂ¼hen gradually under the warm yogurt to make a soft dough. Let rest for 30-60 minutes
