Ingredients for Mushroom rice gratin

100 grams Rice
2 tbsp Butter
1st Onion 400 grams
Mushrooms 4th Garlic cloves
1 / 2 bunch Parsley
3rd Eggs 1 pinch
Salt and pepper 100 ml
Milk 1 pinch

Mushroom rice gratin Directions

Prepare the rice according to instructions in salt water.

Clean the mushrooms and chop. Heat butter in a pan, fry the chopped onion and the mushrooms. Crush the garlic, stir and season with salt and pepper. Bring the milk and egg mix, seasoning well. Now chop the parsley finely.

Spread into a greased mold the cooked rice, then hang up the mushrooms, sprinkle with parsley and add the egg and pour milk mixture.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes, bake until surface is medium brown. Serve with a green, mixed, cucumber or tomato salad and serve for the carnivorous plants with some kurzgebatenem (steak).
