Mixed salad with chicken skewers Recipe Directions
Cut the meat into long strips and leave in a marinade of shallots, diced, Rosemary, crushed peppercorns, honey liqueur and stand for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, toast bread cubes in oven at 200 degrees. Cucumber, tomatoes, green onions and peppers into small pieces. Lettuce and basil, pluck to pieces. Grate cheese. Mix everything together with the capers.
