Mini banana cream pie Directions
Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Mix the egg yolks with 150 g sugar and the vanilla sugar. Fold in the egg white and then mix the flour with the baking powder and starch. Also fold.
A small spring-form pan (18 cm) greased and add the dough. Bake at 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Let cool and remove from the mold.
Once cut through the floor in the middle so that it results in 2 floors. The banana into pieces and distribute it.
Now the whipped cream with some sugar and cocoa powder until stiff. 3 / 4 of spread on the banana. The other pie crust and then hang decorate with the remaining cream around.
