Mince cornpotatopot Recipe Directions
Peel potatoes and cut into small cubes. Drain and cook in salted water. Set aside.
Dice the onion, ground meat and knead with the seasoning with salt and pepper. Sauté in a little oil. Corn and salsa sauce and add something simmer. Pour in cream and water, simmer and let thicken further. Add potato cubes, let it be hot again. Serve with chili powder and garlic to taste.
