Millet curry with cabbage plus meatballs Recipe Directions
The soft bread in some water and squeeze. Mix with ground meat, egg, chopped onion, salt and pepper. Form small balls of it. Sear in a little oil and cook over medium heat while turning.
Savoy cabbage cut into strips and wash. Rinse millet. Heat the oil in a large saucepan and fry the chopped onion. Add the millet and sprinkle with the curry. Add cabbage and pouring the water.
