Mediterranean chicken with pan Recipe Directions
Cook the rice according to package information. Brush the vegetables and cut it into bite-size pieces. Dice the chicken.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken meat until it gets a brown crust. Then enter it by and by the vegetables. Starting with onions, garlic, peppers, mushrooms, carrots, and finally the zucchini. After the vegetables are sautéed, let the whole thing simmer for about 10 minutes over low heat before you season the pan with sour cream, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. You can also still need to add a little water.
