500 grams Minced mixed beef and pork

3 bunches each parsley, dill, lovage
1 pc Egg
1 tsp Medium hot mustard
1 pc Rolls from the previous day
1 pc Tomato
2 tbsp Creme fraiche
some Sossenbinder dark
250 grams Mixed mushrooms fresh or canned

Meat loaf in mushroom sauce with herbs Recipe Directions
