Lightning Fast apricot cake lactose free Directions
From the specified ingredients in the order of one heavy beater dough cook rice. (Except for the apricots, almonds and powdered sugar.)
Grease cookie sheet well, brush dough evenly. The halved, pitted apricots with the open side down on it. Sprinkle sliced almonds.
In the oven (hot air) at 160 degrees about 25 minutes until golden brown.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar after cooling.
