200 ml | Cream |
1 tbsp | Crème fraiche |
60 ml | Lemon juice |
2 tsp | finely grated lemon peel |
1 tsp | Parsley |
50 g | Parmesan cheese |
Lemon cream sauce Recipe Directions
Lemon cream sauce preparation:
Butter, crème fraiche, lemon juice and rind in a saucepan over medium heat and simmer 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the parsley and about half of the Parmesan and stir.
The sauce over the pasta and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan. Bon appetit!
