Ingredients for Herb Baguette

500 grams Spelt flour 1050th 1 Pk
Dry yeast 2 tsp
Flor de Atlantico (or regular sea salt) 200 grams
sour cream, yogurt or sour cream 6 tbsp
chopped mixed herbs 1 tbsp
Lime juice 7 tablespoons
Olive oil 50 ml
lukewarm water 1 tsp

Herb Baguette Directions
