1 kg Sauerkraut
1 pc Pepper, red
1 pc Pepper, yellow
1 pc Pepper, green
1 pc Spanish onion
100 grams Smoked, streaky bacon
2 tbsp Goose fat
some Salt
some Pepper, white, broken
some Pepper, rose sharply

Gypsy sauerkraut Recipe Directions

Cut cabbage into fine pieces. Clean and slice peppers into thin strips. Finely dice the bacon. Clean and slice onion into thin half rings.

Heat the fat and leave only the bacon. Then add the onions and fry leave. Now add the peppers and sauté briefly also. Then add the cabbage and stir everything.

Put the mixture in a pressure cooker and cook for 5 minutes in it.

Then season to taste with the spices.
