Green peppers with cheese filling Recipe Directions
The green peppers should be washed, clean and cut in half. The cores and cut out the white interior.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan. The peppers fry on both sides about 10 minutes. They may be lightly browned on the bottom.
Meanwhile, crumble the feta cheese in a bowl. Stir in the sour cream, season with pepper and thyme.
The cream cheese filling into the pepper halves in the closed pan and simmer about 10 minutes.
Serve with ciabatta or baguette.
