Green pasta with broccoli cream Directions
Pasta with oil and salt until al dente.
Divide into florets broccoli, stem ends cut crosswise and cook about 10 minutes.
Melt butter, flour, fry it briefly, pour a little cream and broccoli-cooking water, simmer lightly creamy. Here, the spices and stir in vegetable stock powder and strong taste. Finely chop the garlic and sauce.
