500 grams Pork goulash
1 pc large onion
some Salt and pepper
some Paprika sweet
some Chili seasoning
300 grams fresh carrots
some Oil
some Tomato paste
600 ml Vegetable broth
some dark gravy
1 Prov Cream

Goulash with carrots Recipe Directions

Dice the onion and mix with the stew. With salt, pepper, Paprika sweet chili spice and season well and fry in a pan with some oil. Cut carrots into pieces to admit and allow to simmer. Stir in a little tomato paste and pour in vegetable broth. Simmer over low heat for about one and a half hours. Stirring occasionally. Thicken sauce with corn flour, season to taste and even season with a dash of cream.
