Goulash Gypsy Recipe Directions
The tomatoes on the flower (Pips) cut crosswise, with hot water scald, skin, remove seeds and cut into cubes. The pepper fruit in half and cut into strips without core housing.
Peel the onions, cut into rings and crush the garlic clove.
Heat the lard in a casserole and in it cook the onion rings and garlic until translucent. The beef cut into large cubes and add. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Fill with the broth, cover and let simmer. About 15 minutes before end of cooking add the vegetables. Finally, with the breadcrumbs and sprinkle lightly bound with freshly ground pepper. As side dishes are suitable for potatoes, dumplings or noodles.
