Fried squid with peppers Directions
The octopus cut and carve the fuselage inside with a cleaver or a sharp kitchen knife crosswise. The squid into pieces the size of a postage stamp oblong (2x4 cm) overlap. The pieces for a few seconds in a bowl with boiling hot water dip (blanch). (Note: Not too long or they will be hard) Remove, drain and dry well on kitchen paper.
