Fried herring with mushrooms Recipe Directions
1st Rinse the fish fillets and pat dry cold. Sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
2nd Clean mushrooms and cut into thin slices. Peel the onion, halve and slice into thin strips. Wash the parsley, shake dry and chop the leaves finely.
