4 tbsp flour

4 tbsp Milk
1 / 2 tsp Baking powder
1 / 2 tsp Chili powder

Fried Tofu with Peanut Sauce Recipe Directions

Cut the tofu into 2.5 cm wide cut triangles. Set aside for later. Rice vinegar, sugar and salt in a saucepan and stir. Bring to a boil and simmer 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add the smooth peanut butter, chili flakes and barbecue sauce. Mix thoroughly.
