3 tbsp | Breadcrumbs |

Fish with tomato bed Directions
Put the rice in salted water. While the rice is cooking, melt the butter in a frying pan. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
The cooked rice in a baking dish and cut the tomatoes into slices and place on the rice. Season with salt and pepper.
Rinse fillets, pat dry and season with salt and then put on the tomatoes. Squeeze the lemon.
Cut the onion mix with bread crumbs and crushed garlic, lemon juice, chopped parsley and melted butter.
Herb mixture over the onions on the fish and put the casserole in the oven and cook for about 20 minutes.
