Ingredients for Fish with tomato bed

800 grams Fish fillets such as pollock
150 grams Rice
500 grams Tomatoes
1 Kn Onion
3 tbsp Breadcrumbs
2 pcs Garlic cloves
1 bunch Parsley
2 tbsp Butter
1 pc Lemon

Fish with tomato bed Directions

Put the rice in salted water. While the rice is cooking, melt the butter in a frying pan. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
