Fish balls Directions
The toast soaked in milk. Then dissect it and season in a bowl. The fish fillet with a hand blender puree and mix with the bread.
Now, 100 g butter melted and add. Also the eggs, salt, pepper, nutmeg and chopped parsley. The whole mass, mix well. Then form arbitrarily large meatballs, so it is enough for 4 people.
This flatten slightly and dredge in flour. Heat the remaining butter in a frying pan and fry the meatballs in it from both sides about 8-10 minutes.
