Fish Pan Asia Directions
Put rice - takes the longest, so it should start;) 1 cup rice in 2 cups water to a boil.
Chop garlic, peel carrots and cut into strips (on the grater). The onion and leek into thin rings. Cook everything together in a pan with hot oil about 5 minutes, then add the mung bean sprouts.
Meanwhile, cut fish into bite-size pieces, pepper, salt, flour and fry in hot oil. Shrimp fry also.
Vegetables with salt, pepper and soy sauce to taste and dish out together with the rice and the fish and some shrimp.
