1 kg Flour
1 pc Egg
One Bch Milk
One Bch Oil
1 Wf Sugar
1 Wf Yeast

Fine Hefebrtchen basic recipe Directions

Dissolve the yeast in a bowl with one cup lukewarm water, pour the sugar cubes to stir well and let go about 15 minutes covered.

Place in a bowl, combine the flour, milk, oil and egg, then add the yeast water and knead to a smooth dough. If the dough is too sticky inh ittle flour to it. The dough can go one hours.

Shape the dough into balls and place on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Another 20 minutes to rest.

Then place in a preheated oven (180 ┬░ C) and bake until golden brown.
