Fillet with herb sauce Recipe Directions
1st Rinse the herbs, dry shake, pluck off leaves or needles and chop finely. Peel the onion and cut into fine dice. Rinse fillets and pat dry cold, only in 2 cm thick slices, then divide it into strips. Dice the bacon.
2nd Prepare the rice according to package specification.
3rd Heat the butter in a pan, fry fillet strips strong (see tip below). Add bacon and onion and saute briefly. Deglaze with the roasting juices, mustard and crème fraîche, stir, let simmer 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper and stir in the herbs.
4th The filet with rice on plates.
